Software School of Fudan University, Shanghai, proceeds with many research and development project under the principal, Professor Binyu Zang. Among the research topics is e-Commerce and the interest in e-Commerce in China is very strong.
On July 17th, 2006, "Fudan University uID/RFID Open Laboratory" was inaugurated. The laboratory aims at the joint promotion of technology developed at UNL in China. Currently, the laboratory has been closed due to the renovation of the school building since the summer of 2009. Once the renovation is finished, the laboratory will re-open and the display will be made open to public.
