●FRAM embedded LSI for RFID tag
FRAM embedded RFID LSI called "FerVIDfamily" is widely used for data carrier tag because of its 'Large density of memory' and 'Fast Writing' feature. In addition, serial IF is newly added on the LSI, which enables to connect MCU and sensors with RFID.
As an idea of new applications, we demonstrate how the RFID collects traceability data taken by temperature and vibration sensors.

●Conforming to uT-Kernel Specification “uT-REALOS Series”
FUJITSU MICROELECTRONICS “uT-REALOS Series”is the uT-Kernel specifications RTOS.
RTOS for a new microcontroller joins the lineup. "uT-REALOS series" achieves the fast execution, making to the conserve memory, and the power saving of the application program.

●Label tag for document management
Even when spaced only 2mm apart in a stack of documents, our “Label tag for document management” can be read simultaneously 100 tags in just four seconds. We demonstrate multiple reading with fixed reader which assumes library use, one by one reading with handheld UHF long range reader and multiple reading for documents in a briefcase. ●Semi-passive type temperature sensor tag

"Semi-passive type temperature sensor tag" equips battery, temperature sensor and data logging function onto passive tag. We demonstrate to monitor and log temperature without opening a cold box which assumes refrigerated transportation.
