FUJITSU GROUP introduces “UHF RFID Tags”, “RFID Handy Type Reader/Writer (UHF Long Range)”, “FRAM embedded LSI for RFID tag”and “SOFTUNE µT-REALOS/FR” in TRONSHOW2009.



●UHF RFID Tags


FUJITSU provides a comprehensive range of tags to suit a large number of industries and businesses. We are providing many unparallel resilient RFID tags, especially “Soft Linen Tag” (Laundry Tag) can withstand high temperatures, water, heavy pressure and alkaline detergents. This demonstration allows visitors to scan different types of tags and check their features, specifications and the use cases examples through the PC display.



●RFID Handy Type Reader/Writer (UHF Long Range)


RFID tags can be used in manufacturing, logistics and retail, and many other types of industries and businesses. They can utilize the long-distance communication capabilities of the UHF band to improve the efficiency of tasks such as asset management, stocktaking and product inspections.



●FRAM embedded LSI for RFID tag


FUJITSU MICROELECTRONICS tag products to FerVIDfamily is FRAM embedded MB89R118/119 compliant with 13.56MHz. It also enables to write data by embedding high-capacity/speed FRAM. This is ideal for use in the system of data carrier.
MB89R118/119 complies with ISO/IEC15693. These FRAM embedded LSIs are conformed with ucode specification by Ubiquitous ID Center.



●SOFTUNE µT-REALOS/FR


FUJITSU MICROELECTRONICS “SOFTUNE µT-REALOS/FR”is the first commercial release of the µT-Kernel specifications RTOS. “SOFTUNE µT-REALOS/FR”is an optimized RTOS for the architecture of the FR family, therefore it improves the speed of the kernel and realizes a small memory size.
